A VERY CLASSIC COCKTAIL USING OUR ATYPICAL RYE WHISKEY
- 2 oz. MRD Rye
- 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 Cherry
Shake rye, sweet vermouth, and bitters with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with cherry. This cocktail was created by and is featured at Timbers Restaurant & The Castlerock Pub – both up at Sugarbush Resort.
