Description
This riff on a whiskey sour is made using our limited Corn Whisky, Angostura Amaro and includes a lime and nutmeg garnish.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 oz. of Corn Whisky (or Bourbon or Maple Cask Rum)
- 1/2 oz. of Angostura Amaro
- 3/4 oz. of lime juice
- 3/4 oz. of simple syrup
- lime wheel and nutmeg for garnish
Instructions
- Add the Corn Whisky, Angostura Amaro, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake, then strain into a rocks glass over pebbled or crushed ice.
- Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel and freshly grated nutmeg.
