Burlington Swizzle

It's like a tropical vacation in a glass.


  • 1.5oz RUM 44
  • 3/4 oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 4 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • Pineapple Prawn


  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice.
  2. Dry shake for about 8-15 seconds.
  3. Pour the contents over crushed ice in a Collins glass and swizzle.
  4. Top with Angostura Bitters, and Peychaud's Bitters.
  5. Garnish with Pineapple Prawn.
