Vermont-made Switchel–a drink made from maple syrup, organic apple cider vinegar, lemon, ginger and molasses–join forces with our Vermont-made Revolution Rye in this fun cocktail.

- 1.5 oz Revolution Rye Whiskey
- 1/2 oz Royal Rose Jasmine Syrup
- 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 oz VT Switchel
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a shaker over ice.
- Shake briefly.
- Strain contents into a Highball glass.
- Garnish with a lemon peel.
