Description

Vermont-made Switchel–a drink made from maple syrup, organic apple cider vinegar, lemon, ginger and molasses–join forces with our Vermont-made Revolution Rye in this fun cocktail.

Ingredients

Scale

1.5 oz Revolution Rye Whiskey
1/2 oz Royal Rose Jasmine Syrup
1/4 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz VT Switchel

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a shaker over ice.
Shake briefly.
Strain contents into a Highball glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel.

About Mad River Distillers

Mad River Distillers is a craft producer of whiskey, rum and brandy in the heart of Vermont’s Mad River Valley. The ingredients for the spirits are sourced regionally from non-GMO, fair trade and organic suppliers and the mashing, fermenting, distilling and aging occur on site at the distillery in Warren, Vermont. The Burlington Tasting Room is open for retail sales as well as sit down tastings and cocktail service. Walk-ins okay! We accept reservations for parties of 6 or more in 1.5 hours blocks. Our hours:
Sunday - Wednesday from 12pm-6pm
Thursday - Saturday from 12pm-8pm

Warren Distillery

Distillery tours by prior appointment only. Please note we can seldom accommodate same-day tour requests. The visit lasts approximately 45 minutes, including samples of our award-winning spirits. Please email info@madriverdistillers.com with your party size and preferred date.
