Description
A Rob Roy cocktail is a Manhattan riff that is traditionally made using scotch whiskey. In our version of this cocktail, we substitute scotch whiskey with our smoky Burnt Rock Bourbon.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. of Burnt Rock Bourbon
- 3/4 oz. of Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
- 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice, then stir for 20-3o seconds.
- Strain and serve up in the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.
