Have some fresh picked berries at home? Make a homemade berry syrup and our Rumberry Daiquiri!
THREE BERRY SYRUP:
👉 Combine ½ cup sugar & ½ cup water in a pan. Place it over high heat, stirring until all of the sugar has dissolved.
👉 Reduce to medium-low heat and add 10 blueberries, 5 raspberries and 2 large strawberries. Muddle the berries in the pan & simmer for 10 minutes.
👉 To remove seeds, pour the syrup through a cheesecloth into a container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
RUMBERRY DAIQUIRI:
👉 Combine 2 oz. of Rum 44 and ¾ oz. each of the berry syrup and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
👉 Shake for 20-30 seconds and strain, serving straight up in a coupe glass.
👉 Garnish with a slice of strawberry, and enjoy!

Our silver Rum 44 is so versatile, it makes a great alternative to tequila. To make this from home, combine the following in a shaker with ice:
👉 2 oz. of Rum 44
👉 3/4 oz. of fresh lime juice
👉 3/4 oz. of Triple Sec
👉 1/2 oz. of simple syrup
👉 A full dropper of Bittermens Mole Bitters
Serve over ice in a glass with your favorite salt or sugar rim (we’re using a cinnamon chocolate sugar from King Floyd’s).
