Do you like Pina Coladas? Queue that Rupert Holmes tune and get ready to sip on something delicious, because we’ve got a recipe for you to whip up at home.
INGREDIENTS:
-2 oz. of Rum 44 or First Run Rum
-1.5 oz. of cream of coconut
-1.5 oz. of fresh pineapple juice
-½ oz. of fresh lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a shaker, combine the rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice and lime juice. Add ice, then shake for about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass over crushed or pebbled ice. Garnish with a twist of lime, and enjoy!

For World Cider Day, we’re sharing our Rye Cider Spritz recipe made with some local Vermont ingredients. To make this at home:
Ingredients:
-1 oz. of Revolution Rye
-1/2 oz. of @linchpin_amari (or Aperol)
-3 oz. of fresh Apple Cider
-1/2 oz. of fresh lemon juice
-2 drops of Orange Bitters
-@champlainorchards Citra Cider (or your choice of dry Hard Cider)
To make this hard cider cocktail, combine all ingredients except for the hard cider in a shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into a Collins or highball glass with ice. Top with hard cider, and garnish with 2-3 apple slices. Now sip and relax!
