Fernito
- 2 oz First Run Rum
- 1/2 oz Mint Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz Fernet Branca
- Mint Sprig
In a shaker add all ingredients, except for Fernet Branca, with ice. Shake for about 8-15 seconds. Strain contents into a highball glass over fresh ice. Top off with bubbles. Float fernet Branca on top. Mint Sprig for garnish.
