A great cocktail to enjoy on Valentine's Day, this cocktail features PX Rum along with Cardamom & Clove syrup, and Rhubarb bitters.
- 2 oz PX Rum
- 1/2 oz Cardamom & Clove Syrup
- 2 dashes Rhubarb Bitters
- In a mixing glass, stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled.
- Strain contents over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with a clove-studded orange peel.
