- 1.5 oz First Run Rum or Vanilla Rum
- 1 oz Black Infusions Apricot Vodka
- 0.5 oz Campari
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
In a shaker add all ingredients with ice. Shake for about 8-15 seconds. Strain contents into a highball glass over crushed ice. Top with bubbles. Fresh Mint Spring for garnish. Orange Wheel and 3 Pineapple prawns for garnish.
