The Paper Donkey is a refreshing and balanced sipper you need to try. To make one from home, combine 1.5 oz. of our Double Tapped and 1/2 oz. each of Aperol and fresh lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into a double old fashioned glass, and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge, and enjoy!

The Bad Apple blends our Mad Apple Brandy with Maple Cask Rum for a cocktail bursting with autumn flavor. 🍁🍎

To make one from home, combine the following in a shaker with ice: 2 oz. of Mad Apple, 3/4 oz. each of Maple Cask Rum and beet juice, 1/2 oz. each of Allspice dram and lime juice, 1/4 oz. each of cinnamon syrup and vanilla syrup, and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters. Strain into a chilled highball glass, then garnish with some mint sprigs, a dehydrated apple, and a gummy worm! Cheers!

Looking for a great movie night pairing? How about a Dread Pirate Roberts, some pizza and The Princess Bride? This cocktail is an homage to the cult classic, made with 1.5 oz. of Straight Bourbon, 1/2 oz. of Amaro Averna, 1/4 oz. each of pineapple juice and honey syrup, and 2 dashes of Vena`s Charred Pineapple bitters.

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, then strain into a rocks glass over ice, and garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a pineapple prawn. 🍍☠️ Cheers, mateys!

Tis the season for apples, and we`re taking ours in a Rye Cider Spritz!

To make one from home, add the following to a shaker with ice:
🍎 1 oz. of Revolution Rye
🍎 1/2 oz. of Linchpin Aperitivo (or Aperol)
🍎 3 oz. of fresh Apple Cider
🍎 1/2 oz. of fresh lemon juice
🍎 2 drops of Orange Bitters

Shake well, and strain into a Collins or highball glass. Top with hard cider, garnish with 2-3 apple slices, then sit back and sip on some fresh orchard goodness. Cheers!

For all of you Sazerac fans, this riff substitutes the traditional Rye with Vanilla Rum, for a sipper definitely worth crafting from home. To make this, you`ll need:
👉 2 oz. of Vanilla Rum
👉 1/2 oz. of simple syrup (we recommend Demerara syrup)
👉 4-6 dashes of Creole Bitters
👉 a spritz of Absinthe

Spritz a rocks glass with Absinthe (or add a few drops of Absinthe to the glass and swirl it around so the glass is coated). In a mixing glass with ice, add the rum, simple syrup, and Creole Bitters. Stir until well chilled, then strain into the rocks glass and garnish with a twist of lemon. Cheers!
