Revolution Rye
Our most awarded spirit, our rye is carefully fermented from local and organic rye. It is earthy and peppery with hints of walnut, berry and tropical spice, and the chocolate malted rye lends a cocoa richness and finish.
Burnt Rock Bourbon
Mad River's Head Distiller Al Hilton had the brilliant idea to smoke barley over maple wood and add it to a bourbon mash. The result is this popular and unique bourbon, exploding with flavor, spice, and a touch of smoke.
Rum 44
Our Rum 44 is a silver rum made with 100% demerara sugar. It is gluten free and only 97 calories per serving. Distilled on the 44th parallel, Rum 44 received 92 pts in the Ultimate Spirits Challenge and is a "Best Value".
Straight Bourbon
A classic American Spirit with a unique Vermont twist. Our award-winning bourbon has a wonderful deep and rich aroma of Vermont-grown corn, smokiness on the palate, and a smooth aromatic finish.
First Run Rum
This premium, aged rum is made with cane sugar in fresh charred American oak barrels—just like our bourbon and rye. The result is a stunning sipping rum with a smooth and distinctly rum-caramel finish.
PX Rum
This demerara-based rum is carefully aged in a mixture of toasted and charred barrels, then finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, imparting nutty and smoky aromas and flavors. PX Rum won a Double Gold medal at the 2017 SFPA.
Vanilla Rum
This all natural rum is infused with Tahitian vanilla beans, which results in a clear rum, powered by a very pleasant vanilla cupcake nose. With no sugar added, this makes an excellent grain-free alternative to vanilla vodka.
Mad Apple
A European-style dry apple brandy distilled in Vermont using 100% Vermont apples. This aromatic brandy has fresh apple notes on the nose, with oak spice and vanilla on the palate, followed by a crisp, fresh apple finish.
Bottled Maple Fig Madhattan
Our unique spin on a classic Manhattan, our Maple Fig Madhattan is made with Maple Cask Rum, Black Fig Vodka by Black Infusions, and bitters. No mixing or shaking is required, simply pour over ice and enjoy!
