Vanilla Rum Featured in the Boston Globe

Mad River Distillers' Vanilla Rum is featured in the Boston Globe as the "delicious result of a Mason jar experiment." It began as a gift for friends and family, when Co-Founder Maura Connolly made vanilla extract from our unaged demerara rum. It was clear then that vanilla needed to be part of our lineup. 

Our Vanilla Rum is infused with fresh chopped Tahitian vanilla beans resulting in a fragrant dry rum that works especially well with citrus. The rum is not sweetened and there are no artificial flavors. You can enjoy Vanilla Rum as a sipper, or in a variety of drinks, such as daiquiris.
