2 oz PX Rum 3/4 oz Pineapple Juice 1/2 oz Lime Juice 1/2 Demerara Syrup In a shaker add all ingredients with ice. Shake for about 8-10 seconds. Strain contents into a coupe glass. Fresh flower for garnish.
1.5 oz PX Rum 0.5 oz Cappalletti 0.75 oz Carpano Antica 0.25 oz Abracadabra Cold Brew Coffee Combine in a mixing glass over ice, stir briefly. Strain into a Double Old Fashioned glass and garnish with a grapefruit peel.
